Cancellation and Refunds
Hui cancellations must be notified in writing (phone/ text/email) to the NZRTH Organiser. Cancellations received before 1 June 2026 will incur an NZD$100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued from 1 June 2026 onwards, unless for exceptional circumstances.
Travel and Accommodation Expenses
Expenses for travel and accommodation are not covered by the event organisers or the organising subject associations, and are to be organised by the attendees themselves.
Cancellation Policy
The conference reserves the right to cancel optional activities if minimum numbers are not reached. Participants who are affected by any cancellation will be personally contacted. In the event of cancellation of the event, we will notify you as soon as possible. It is the registrant’s responsibility to understand any cancellation clauses for flights and accommodation. While we are sorry if this causes inconvenience, the organisers will not be liable for any loss, damages, or sadness arising from such changes.
Payment
The preferred payment option is by direct credit – bank account details are included on all supplied invoices. It is also possible to add a Purchase Order (PO) number to any invoices – this is an option available in the Payment screen. Payment by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) can be made through the PayPal option provided – 3.75% transaction fee. Payment can also be made through an existing PayPal account (free to set-up – www.paypal.com) – also a 3.75% transaction fee.
